Why did you start taking Spinning® classes?
I started exercising in the fitness gym in 2001 and kept hearing many people saying Spinning® is the most effective way to build up the cardio capacity and to lose weight. Therefore my curiosity made me sign up for the first class and after that I was so inspired by the program and got addicted, which can blend trainings and fun together so well.
What inspired you to become a Certified Spinning® Instructor and then a Master Instructor?
My enthusiasm and my eager to learn about Spinning deepened like little drops of water making an ocean after every class that I attended. When I knew there was an instructor training in Hong Kong, I was certain to join and got certified. After years of teaching, my passions have never ceased and the desire to inspire more people to achieve their fitness goals through Spinning became stronger. I grasped the chance to get into the MI Camp when the news of MDA hosting the very first one in Asia has been spread out. The camp has definitely opened a new chapter of my journey and allowed me to be part of the MI Team, shaping our community in Asia.
What do you love about teaching Spinning® classes?
I can bring the mental training alive to my classes, which is most unique and powerful about Spinning, as we build our will power and stamina, together with our physical strength.
What are your top three favorite songs to play during your Spinning® classes and why?

What makes Spinning® such a great workout?
Every class/training session, we have set an intention, no matter if it is fat-burning, cardio base building or strengthening, which allows us to wisely plan with the class profile, coaching our students to achieve their goals with lots of joy and fun within.
Share a memory from your experience as a teacher/coach/presenter that embodies the value of being a Certified Spinning® Instructor or Spinning® Master Instructor.
There are always lots of sweet moments in the classes and it is very difficult to pick one. But the satisfaction is when you see your students living better in their life, crushing their fitness goals, growing themselves in their fitness career through your teaching and coaching, these are priceless rewards.
