Stanley Wong is a passionate instructor and educator with more than a decade of experience in the fitness industry. He is an International Spinning® Master Instructor based in Hong Kong, China and teaches a wide-range of fitness formats including aerobics, kickboxing, yoga and Pilates. He has extensive experience in fitness management, working as the group fitness manager of one of the biggest fitness and yoga chains in the Asia, focusing on program development. Stanley is also certified as an RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, Peak Pilates® and Ugi® Instructor, as he finds it not only creates balance for his training regime, it also opens more space for his mind and builds willpower. His goal is to help students create balance in their training and to develop stronger mental power.
