Meet Terri Arends! Terri holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Management and serves as the Group Fitness Director of the JCC of Dallas, Texas. As a multi-faceted fitness professional, she promotes well-being through group exercise and does so with certifications from NASM, Stroops, Spinning® & Kettlebell Concepts – to name a few from the many specialized group exercise certifications she holds. Terri is a well known presenter on the national fitness front and serves as a visiting committee board member on West Virginia University‘s College of Physical Activity and Sport Science Department. As the JCC’s Group Fitness Director and as a Spinning® Master instructor, Arends loves to create group programming that rallies participants to meet their fitness goals and encourages the development of community. When Terri is not working on getting folks fit and healthy, she puts fitness to work by training her Australian Shepherd for dog performance competitions.
