Betty is a Master Instructor for the Spinning Program, in addition to holding certifications for group exercise, personal training, yoga, Pilates, and aqua. She is certified through ACE, AFAA, NASM, AEA, and AAI/ISMA.She has 20+ years in the health and fitness industry and has directed fitness/group exercise and wellness programs for hospitals and private health clubs.She also holds a BS in Criminal Justice and a BS in History/Secondary Education. Her life goal is to honor God by “using the gifts he has given me to coach others to be the best they can be.”
