Tammy Lee, Spinning® Master Instructor | Taiwan

Tammy Lee has been a Master Instructor for the Spinning program since 2005. She is a Licensed Instructor of National American Sports Medicine (NASM), Federation of International Sports, Aerobics & Fitness, Inc. (FISAF), Speedo, Les Mills Combat/Pump, Latin Dance, Tai Chi Chuan, National Martial Arts, and National Swimming (B Level). In addition, she is the author of the Aqua Aerobics Beauty published in 2007. She spent 10 years working as an instructor at Alexander Fitness Center in Taipei teaching Spinning, Body Combat, Body Pump and Aqua.Some of her achievements in international swimming, Wu-shu and bike race competitions include: World Cup Martial Arts Competition - Gold Medal in 1986; 200m freestyle /200m medley /100m butterfly /100m backstroke /50m breaststroke woman - Gold Medal from 1989 to 1993; and mountain bike - National Chung-Cheng Cup Silver Medal in 2003.Tammy is also an active triathlete and has been an instructor of martial arts and boxing for the national Special Forces.Other fitness work includes instructing a Mommy’s Aqua class for pregnant women, and she has been a personal trainer of celebrities. She currently works full time as an instructor for California Fitness Center and and focuses on coalescing the real track experiences with Spinning coaching. She has led many of her students to national cycling races to promote cycling exercise nationwide.
