Christian has a background as a University-trained primary school teacher specializing in Sports Science and Human Biology. From a young age, he has been road cycling and in his teenage years he was touring around as a competition dancer. His passion for making choreography from the energy in the music, his science-based cycling and practical experiences, combined with the pedagogic and psychological skills from his study as sports teacher has made him the instructor he is today.

Christian is the founder of Bike Academy Denmark and is the Danish MDA Spinning® Education Partner. He works full time in the fitness industry as presenter and consultant, and he is the author of many articles and books about cycling.
