Carlos´ story begins back in the year 2000 - while preparing for a mountain bike (MTB) race, he discovered the Spinning® program. After losing an amazing 130lbs (2005) he decided to get certified as a Spinning® instructor and add the adventure of indoor cycling to his vast knowledge of sports. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Training and currently teaches at the Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez (UACJ) and Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon (UANL), the top sports college programs in Mexico. He also takes care of his cycling teammates and colleagues with his knowledge as a physical therapist. Carlos also teaches Physical Education at his kids´ elementary school, and in his free time likes to meditate, do yoga and heal people with light, vibration and energy, since he is also a Reiki Master. He loves to ride and race both his MTB and road bike year round.
