Resistance Training


As a Spinning® instructor, you always need additional education off the bike to improve your classes on the bike. A major component of Spinning is establishing a solid foundation of muscular fitness, and this course focuses on identifying the variables that contribute to safe and effective program design for resistance training, as well as how they can enhance your Spinning class. Learn the aspects of a fulfilling program, the way to actively goal-set and motivate as well as resistance training off the bike with light equipment and machine weights.
