Principles for Effective Weight Loss


Teach your clients how to not only lose weight but keep it off. Weight loss can be a tricky goal to tackle, even for trained fitness professionals.     Content, it’s organization, it’s delivery without the use of video clips and the assessment were all done very well. The only suggestion to improve the course is to stay away from questions the have more than one correct answer and forcing the test taker to try to figure out which is most correct from the Spinning company’s point of view which didn’t always match my from-the-vantage-point-of-a-certified spinning instructor point of view.
