I thought the course was a great review of everything we need to know as spin instructors - form, technique, cuing, ride formats, etc., it was a much needed refresher course.

I usually like learning in person but the videos coupled with the articles were just what I needed to refresh my knowledge of the material. Being able to take my time allowed me ease in learning. I also like having the information to review when I need it.

Concise and Relevant

Nothing can compare to participating in a live certification workshop, but this course does a great job of consolidating all of the information I learned during my original certification in a virtual format. Videos and articles were easy to follow along with and gave great reminders of a few details I had forgotten about. Highly recommend for any instructors like myself who are already working full-time jobs and teaching Spin on the side.
