This was a great informative course. I sometimes work with youth 12 to 17 years of age. This has given me a lot of information on how to get them started in a spinning class.

Very insightful class on how to instruct adolescents to engage them in a Spin Class. The problems with childhood obesity and the need to educate and encourage not children but parents on a healthy lifestyle.
