So I have been getting SPIN profile packs each month and this month I enjoy these profiles. What I would recommend is everything can be modified for beginners or those with limited ranges. I wish they would provide the opportunity to choose profiles based on goals that you are working with a group to achieve. Example a six - 8 week program. This would be an awesome addition.
