This gives instructors a great insight on how to marry music with power profiles to create a powerful ride that not only measures performance but also drives your performance with the music. It gives great insight into both the science and implementation of music and power into your Spinning Classes.

Practically applicable information

Objectives and rationale behind this course were clearly explained. The content is very well structured with key messages on the slides. Having access to the slides is also very helpful. The content is very practically applicable for fitness instructors through three key elements: the practice ride video, the PDF material that contains the details of the ride (and an additional ride with all cues and playlist), and the learning activity that helps for programming. The quiz was covering all aspects of the course, I would recommend this course

Incorporating the videos with the ride was very helpful. Overall great course.
