I enjoyed the many videos as well as examples that were provided throughout the lesson. My favorite portion was watching the example of a real class.

The process was user friendly and knowledgeable. It was also easy to understand and implement.

The certification was a course that connected real-world cycling and indoor cycling, something one would expect but isn't always the case for all cycling programs. It states what skills are immediately applicable and why they are taught as so. It's a good program.
