Robin is a healthcare executive that has spent her career working across all aspects of an Integrated Healthcare System. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and an MBA with a Healthcare Administration concentration. In addition to being a Spinning® Master Instructor, she holds a SPINPower® Certification and Group Fitness Certifications from ACE and AFAA. She also has a Medical Exercise Specialist certification, which ties in nicely with her full-time job in healthcare. She is an avid road cyclist and enjoys teaching group fitness because it allows her to bring all of her passions for health and wellness together at work and in fun. Her intent with each class is to help her riders get one step closer to their fitness goals, leave with more energy than they came, and enjoy their best life.
