Cat Booker is a Spinning® Master Instructor on the UK & Ireland Team with 21 years experience working in the fitness industry. Additional education roles include Pilates Diploma and functional training programming for one of the largest functional equipment providers in the UK - the Physical Company. Cat is based at her own official Spinning and Peak Pilates facility, and she operates a personal training and boutique fitness studio working with clients, other professional therapists and her team of instructors. She is also a Master Coach for Queenax as well as a Pilates Master Trainer.
