Bring the studio home and ride with rockstar instructors on your schedule, 24/7. Certified Spinning® Instructors are some of the most highly-trained fitness professionals in the world and when you ride at home, you'll get expert coaching and energizing, cycling-inspired rides!
During your ride, your metrics dashboard will include current and target cadence (RPM) and heart rate (BPM) plus your average and max throughout the ride. You’ll also see calories burned, based on your heart rate as well as your resting metabolic rate for improved accuracy.
Robust post-ride summaries feature colorful bar graphs to show how much time you spent in each training zone, and the History screen highlights your personal bests, averages and cumulative totals. You can even view your History and edit your Profile on the web portal, so your stats are always available in the mobile app AND on a computer.
