very huseflul excellent quality
I bought the crank puller because I’m going to restore a Precor Spinner Chrono and need to remove the pedals, but I haven't been able to get them off yet—even with the puller—due to the rust. I’ll have to use heat.
Ordered ball, ball came. Inflated ball, it held air. All good.
My new spinning computer was easy to set up and use!

I've been spinning for 20 years and love this bike! I have an older model Edge and loved it too. It was just time to order a new one so I'm very happy with my purchase. I love the bikes with chains and this one has an extremely smooth ride. Also, I like the higher handlebars! Highly recommend....wouldn't buy anything but Spinner bikes. It's the best indoor cycling program available.

I love my new Spinner Aero Bike. I have been using the cycling app as well. I haven't been on a spin bike in awhile so I am working right now on improving my endurance. I see improvement each time I ride. Before getting my new bike, I was using your DVDs for my rides. Your Spin and Slim DVD is my favorite and looking forward to the new one I got, Train and Tone.
Such a great bike and worth every penny..these refurbished bikes are such a great idea for people that truly cannot affird the high ticket prived bikes.

It was a good experience. Good customer service. It seems that pedals received are not same as picture shown. They are slightly different. The pedals shown on picture are the exact ones that I had originally. Therefore, that is what I was expecting to receive.
They make great gifts for incentives and birthdays! Need to get some water bottles so please get them back in stock.

I had a spinner bike years ago but, had to get rid of it for housing issues. It's been so amazing being back on a spinner. Now I can ride again when the weather isn't being nice to me for a good trail ride.

Great product and outstanding customer service
I buy them as gifts for my students.
The physical installation went well. Linking it to my Ipad was another story. I downloaded the crank APP and tried to link it, it wouldn’t work. I changed the battery and it linked almost immediately. I attempted to download the Firmware updated and it failed four times in a row. Not sure what that is all about. I then chose a ride and it linked right away and worked flawlessly.
