General Use

• Spinning® Gift Vouchers may be redeemed only at www.spinning.com and have no cash value.
  
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless specifically stated.
  
• Please protect your voucher and treat it like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced, except where required by law.
  
• Gift vouchers are available for purchase in amounts from $10 to $100.

Fees & Expiration

• No fees apply to the purchase, activation, or use of a Spinning® Gift Voucher.
  
• Gift vouchers do not expire, except where expiration is permitted by applicable law.

Redemption & Balances

• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and we do not provide cash change for purchases made with a voucher.
  
• If your order total is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher and may be used for future purchases, provided the voucher remains valid.
  
• If items purchased with a gift voucher are returned or exchanged for an item of lower value, the refund will be issued back to a gift voucher.

Delivery of Digital Vouchers

• For e-gift vouchers, delivery is made to the email address provided by the purchaser.
  
• We are not responsible for non-delivery due to typos, spam filters, or any issues outside our control.
  
• Once delivered, responsibility for the voucher passes to the recipient.

Fraud & Misuse

• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any voucher that appears to be altered, duplicated, obtained fraudulently, or used in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
  
• Gift vouchers may not be resold, transferred for value, or used for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Promotional Vouchers

• If a voucher is issued as part of a promotion, no other discount or offer code may be used simultaneously.
  
• If you return or cancel the connected fitness item associated with a promotional voucher, the voucher will be invalidated. Any spent portion of that voucher will be deducted from your refund.

Financing

• Financing options are not available for Gift Voucher purchases.

Changes to These Terms

• We may amend these terms at any time when we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so. The version published on spinning.com at the time of purchase or use applies.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
