Peter Yeoman has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He is a competitive cyclist, a registered personal trainer and a Human Sports Master Trainer.Peter has lectured in Sport and Recreation at Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand, and has developed strength and conditioning programs for many successful elite athletes. He now runs his own personal training business, teaches Spinning® classes and is helping to grow the Spinning® program in Singapore.
