Néstor is an endurance sports coach and performance specialist with more than 15 years of experience combining cycling, sports science, technology and human performance. Since 2015, he has coached athletes nationally and internationally, helping them turn training data and structured preparation into measurable performance.
Currently based in Venezuela, Néstor is Head Coach at BEATS Performance in San Antonio de los Altos, a performance-focused training center where he leads a science-, technology- and power-based approach to athlete development. His work combines power-based training, data analysis, performance technology, and continuous communication to create highly individualized coaching experiences.
His athletes include 3x National U23 Road and 1x BMX Champions, 4x PanAmerican competitors, 6x UCI-level racers and successful Ironman athletes.
Beyond coaching, Néstor has built an international profile as a Spinning® Master Instructor and Power Specialist Master Instructor since 2014, training and mentoring indoor cycling instructors across 13 countries and presenting at major international events.
What differentiates Néstor is his ability to combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of the human side of performance. He believes athletes are more than numbers, metrics or training plans — they are people with goals, emotions and challenges that must be understood to achieve lasting results.
His philosophy is simple: combine science, technology and human connection to turn potential into performance.
