SPINPower® Zones are based on a percentage of a rider’s baseline marker, known as Personal Spinning® Threshold (PST). The SPINPower Zones correlate to specific energy systems, fuel sources and training durations. By establishing SPINPower Zones, specific training adaptations can be assessed, prescribed and monitored during classes. When trained appropriately, this leads to improved fitness for your riders.
The SPINPower® Personal Spinning® Threshold workshop broadens your knowledge of the SPINPower program by examining the various metabolic points during exercise to better understand threshold training and how to use one's Personal Spinning Threshold to establish individualized SPINPower Zones.
