What motivates you to lead Spinning® instructor trainings and workshops?
You can really change people’s lives. And that fuels me. I just love it. It’s exhilarating to help others achieve their goals and I’ve evolved so much over the years as a Spinning Master Instructor and as a coach, and I’m able to lead classes big and small. It’s my passion.
How has being a Spinning® Instructor inspired you?
I’ve been trained by some amazing Certified Spinning Instructors and I believe in staying true to the Spinning program and technique. When I started raising money for causes through Spinning events, it really took things to the next level—you’re helping people and making a real difference and it just elevates your Spinning experience. I’m a coach at the core, and I use Spinning as the sport that helps inspire others to be an athlete at any age and go further than they think they can
