Why did you start taking Spinning® classes?

From a young age I have always loved to practice any kind of sport. This discipline arrived in Italy. I went to try it and I found this workout program exciting, effective and engaging.

What inspired you to become a Certified Spinning® Instructor and then a Master Instructor?

The desire to share the experience personally in this discipline with the inclination to be a coach for people who want to walk the path of well-being through the development of physical and mental characteristics.

What do you love about teaching Spinning® classes?

It is very interesting to train individuals with different sporting luggage and try to make sure that every one does their best in achieving a personal goal.

What are your top three favorite songs to play during your Spinning® classes and why?

  • The 5th element – Cabeiri from for the beginning of a lesson that want sviluappere technique and energy;
  • Jungle fever - White noise for a climb where melt strength, elegance, determination;
  • Grazie perchè – Morandi, to thank the emotion shared ( cool down).

What makes Spinning® such a great workout?

This workout is a set of techniques that allow the individual to utilize their potential through learning techniques with the rational repetitions of physical exercises and psychological maturation, designed to fit the individual organic balance to restore a level of efficiency.

Share a memory from your experience as a teacher/coach/presenter that embodies the value of being a Certified Spinning® Instructor or Spinning Master Instructor.

Each lesson corresponds to an event reminder and an indelible moment in the memory of an instructor or a presenter: you're in front of a group of people, each with their own individuality, with personal characteristics and expectations, and the beauty of a lesson is to try to join this subjectivity in a group that wants to train together in such a way that the energy of the individual becomes that of the group!

What advice would you give to someone who is thinking about becoming a Certified Spinning® Instructor?

Study, commitment, sacrifice, enthusiasm, humility and desire to grow every day because every workout program always evolves!

What’s one of your favorite motivational quotes?

Sign in difficulty and turn it into knowledge! Believe that through constant application you can achieve what you want.
