It was easy to set up, is very sturdy, and gives a good workout. The downsides are that it is noisier than expected and the Spinning app requires a subscription for full use of the sensors.

LOVE the bike so far. I'm amazed and so pleased at how great the customer service has been. The bike arrived very quickly, was reasonably simple to assemble. I called the company with a few questions about wheel tension and was immediately connected with a friendly and knowledgeable employee. I honestly couldn't be happier...and I'm sort of picky, so that's saying a lot!

I spent time during the Holidays searching for a spinning bike and I came across this one. Awesome bike, looks professional, best ride and is right for the price. I’ve been motivated by the APPS which are also great and perfect for the price.

Great basic spin bike

Overall, I think this is a great basic, no frills spin bike. I did not realize that this model does not come with the SPD compatible pedals, so just be aware of that if you buy this model and want to clip-in. You can buy the pedals separately though. The only complaint I have is that there seems to be an odd clicking noise on the down-stroke of the left pedal and I cannot seem to figure it out no matter how I adjust the bike. I still need to make time to call customer service since I am unable to figure it out myself. Otherwise the bike is stable, rides smoothly and is a fraction of the price of Peloton and other similar spin bikes out there. If you like using an app, you can easily use the exercise app of your choice with this bike and have the same experience as the more expensive bikes that come with the tablet.

I am diabetic and exercise is critical to maintaining my health. I purchased the bike to use at home. The bike is superbly crafted and does everything said in the information on the website. I can recommend the bike. The exercise has been wonderful!

Outstanding value and quality. All the solid meat and potatoes. You cannot find a better bike at this price point. Recommended. Pro tip - make sure the pin in the seat post spring-loaded cotter pin is pressed all the way into its hole. It my not seat fully from the spring tension alone. Push on it to make sure it is fully seated
