Ride Description: Pyramid Effect II – This profile highlights the pyramid training method. Based on “layers,” riders will go through different intensities and durations of movement to form a new layer of the pyramid until we reach the top! This profile features layers of Seated Climbs, Running on a Hill (ROAH!) and Standing Climbs.
