It's not uncommon for your members' New Year's resolutions to fall by the wayside only a few weeks in to the new year. Instead of making a year-long commitment only at the beginning of the year, why not encourage them to make smaller resolutions all year long? Read on to learn more about how to plan a year of resolutions to help your members successfully reach their fitness goals each month.

Safety and success are two reasons your members keep coming back. Insisting your instructors master proper form in Spinning® class will increase safety and success, as well as maximize the efficiency of your members' workouts and leave them energized instead of fatigued. It’s the subtle improvements in their form, fluidity, pace and rhythm that will increase the benefits of each class they take. Read on to learn what your instructors should and should not teach in their Spinning classes to keep your members riding injury and pain-free for years to come!

At the beginning of 2012, Evangelos Kastamoulas made the decision to chase his dream of becoming a Spinning® Master Instructor. He was determined not to let any obstacles get in his way. After months of hard work, studying and practice, his dream came true. Read on to hear his motivating story.

As an Official Spinning® Facility, you have the opportunity to host two brand new Spinning workshops!

Loops and Ladders
Loops and ladders are two creative ride profile themes that can keep your classes engaging and challenging. Learn to use a variety of aerobic and anaerobic loops and ladders options to design rides focusing on cadence building, resistance loading, transition practice, or interval training.

The 5-Step Sprint
Sprinting is one of the most popular components of a Spinning class, but also the most misunderstood and poorly executed. By attending this workshop, you can learn step-by-step techniques for preparing, cueing and executing Sprints with safety and efficiency in mind.

If you are already an Official Spinning Facility, please log into your facility account and request to host a training using the link provided. If you are not yet an Official Spinning Facility, then click on the “Training Request Form” button below. To speak with our Workshop Coordinator, please call (800)-847-7746 or send us an e-mail.
