Facility of the Month: MOVE Fitness

MOVE Fitness in Winthrop, MA is definitely one-of-a-kind! This unique trainer-owned and operated 8,400 square foot functional training facility features a state-of-the-art multimedia Spinning studio with 22 Spinner® bikes. The three owners are certified personal trainers and teach all of the group ex classes themselves. "We are true believers in the Spinning program and practice what we preach!" says owner Jennifer Lee.

In addition to the Spinning program, MOVE Fitness offers a full gym, equipped with cardio and strength training equipment, aerobics classes, circuit training, kickboxing, nutrition counseling, dance classes and more.
