Jump or not to JumpIt's for a beginner rider very difficult to jump. But when you have a great spinninginstructor with very good cueing, you know that jumping is good for better control of your body, better for your balance, your stronger leg muscles balance and get a better rhythm. You will get really more fun in the jumping.Monique

Jump is also very important during your Spinning rideFirst, I thaugh Jump is an irritated technique during the spinningrides. My body was out of control at the first times I was doing it, especially my ritme and my balance. But after a month of doing Jumps everytime at a Spinningride I am totally agree with the article "Jump or not to Jump" . Jumping give your more control over your balance on the bike, makes your thigh muscles stronger. Also increase your hartratemode. Because of it you have more control over your body in your posture, more in your alignment and your balance, stronger in you leggs, feel more control over your ritme during sitting and standing.
