Great inspiration for getting on the bike in the cellar! Much more fun to "ride" with a group. Excellent voice over for encouragement. Good scenery and extra data on the screen to keep your mind on things other than the burn. A really good variety of terrain to work on intensity levels. Unfortunately I need a trainer that lets the back wheel spin free - the guys on the DVD get to rest on the downhills - I have to pedal all the time. |
